A diagnostic result is not always a full repair. Additional parts or labour may be required after the initial diagnosis.
Tire availability, brand options, sizing, and pricing may vary. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including year, make, model, trim, tire size, and any special fitment requirements.
Nickel City Tire & Auto INC is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Used tires, clearance tires, special-order tires, or customer-supplied tires may have limited or no warranty unless stated in writing.
Customers may request the installation of parts they supply. However, Nickel City Tire & Auto INC reserves the right to refuse customer-supplied parts if we believe they are unsafe, incorrect, poor quality, damaged, or unsuitable for the vehicle.
We do not warranty customer-supplied parts. Labour warranty may also be limited or excluded when a customer-supplied part fails or causes related issues.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the type of part, supplier, manufacturer, service performed, and vehicle condition. Any warranty details will be explained on your invoice or provided by the manufacturer where applicable.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, improper maintenance, unrelated vehicle issues, wear and tear, or parts supplied by the customer.
Payment is due when the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include cash, debit, credit card, or other approved payment options.
Vehicles may not be released until the full balance has been paid.

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, tools, electronics, documents, and other items from their vehicle before service.
While we take care when working around your vehicle, Nickel City Tire & Auto INC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle.
Some vehicles may have pre-existing damage, rust, worn components, seized parts, electrical issues, or hidden problems that become visible during inspection or repair.
Nickel City Tire & Auto INC is not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage caused by poor previous repairs, corrosion, worn components, unsafe modifications, or hidden vehicle defects.
Nickel City Tire & Auto INC reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle is unsafe to work on, the requested repair is not recommended, parts are unsuitable, customer information is inaccurate, payment issues exist, or the request creates a safety or liability concern.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nickel City Tire & Auto INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, missed work, rental costs, towing costs, or other expenses unless required by applicable law.
